Lawsuit Alleges Forged Documents Amid Dramatic Legal Battle

Graceland, the legendary estate of Elvis Presley, is on the brink of being sold at a foreclosure auction after a foreclosure notice was posted in early May.

But Elvis' granddaughter, Riley Keough, is fighting to stop the sale, alleging that the foreclosure documents were forged.

The lawsuit, filed in Shelby County Chancery Court, alleges that the foreclosure notice was filed by a company called Graceland Holdings LLC, which is not the actual owner of Graceland.

The lawsuit also alleges that the signature on the foreclosure notice is forged.
